If denied, send us proof and let DinoPreneurs help troubleshoot.
If Step Up still denies it because the workbook is not accepted as eligible curriculum or instructional materials, DinoPreneurs refunds the purchase.

If Year One becomes available in MyScholarShop after a denial, the original purchase is refunded after proof that it was repurchased through MyScholarShop. If Step Up reimburses the original purchase, the guarantee is fulfilled and no DinoPreneurs refund is issued.
